1. Information We Collect
Rakop stores the following information locally on your device:
- Your shelf profile, display name, handle, and chosen avatar.
- Shelf photos you capture or import, along with their analysis results and arrangement notes.
- Coin wallet state, shelf projects, and your in-app preferences.
Rakop does not run user accounts, followers, messaging, or calling features, and does not collect email addresses, passwords, or contact lists.
2. Camera and Photos
Rakop only accesses the camera or photo library after you tap the corresponding action to capture or import a shelf photo. Imported photos are stored locally on your device.
3. AI Shelf Analysis
When you request a shelf verdict or arrangement plan, Rakop sends your selected shelf photo, chosen arrangement style, and the technical instructions for that request to a third-party AI service. This only happens after you accept the in-app AI usage agreement, and only for the AI action you start.
Your photos are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling, and are not shared with any other party.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
Your shelf records and preferences stay on your device. You can delete them at any time from the profile section using Delete Account, which clears the local Rakop data on this device. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored data.
You can withdraw AI consent at any time; after withdrawal, Rakop will ask again before the next AI request and will not send new AI content until you agree.
5. Permissions
- Camera: to photograph your bookshelf arrangements.
- Photo Library: to import existing shelf photos.
Rakop does not request microphone access.
6. Children's Privacy
Rakop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
